Dimensions and Material Craftsmanship of Bacai Stainless Steel Prison Urinals
Our stainless steel prison urinals are crafted from premium 304 stainless steel sheet metal, available in 1.0mm or 1.2mm thickness for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The smooth surface prevents dirt accumulation. Utilizing a mold-stretched one-piece forming process, we achieve oxidation-free welding. The curved design meets prison anti-collision standards. The inlet diameter measures 2.0cm, meeting international standards, while the outlet diameter is 5.6cm, also conforming to global specifications. Dimensions are 335mm x 450mm. The wall-mounted design occupies zero floor space, resolving core issues of simplicity, aesthetics, and practicality.

Within the same footprint, stainless steel prison urinals serve significantly more individuals than squat or seated toilets while saving substantial space. Standard stainless steel urinals consume approximately 1 liter of water per flush, whereas squat and seated toilets use roughly five times that amount. Prison stainless steel urinals demonstrate far greater durability than ceramic alternatives, resisting cracks and fractures under impact—a resilience unmatched by other materials. Constructed from premium 304 or 316 stainless steel, they inherently possess antimicrobial properties that help maintain a more hygienic environment, making them ideal for high-frequency use.
Premium prison stainless steel urinals prioritize ergonomic design. From production to finished product, we meticulously polish surfaces to remove weld burrs and sharp edges, enhancing smoothness. All edges feature rounded designs to prevent inmates from attempting self-strangulation, meeting all prison safety standards. Aesthetically, they elevate the space’s sophistication. The wall-mounted design eliminates hygiene blind spots, ensuring dry and unobstructed prison floors while reducing slip hazards. Installation uses metal mounting plates secured with heavy-duty screws for easy future maintenance and replacement. Exported to major prisons worldwide, certified by China’s 3C, EU CE, and US ASTM standards.

Stainless steel urinals are more sturdy and durable than ceramic urinals, and there will be no obvious stains after long-term use. In places like prisons, stainless steel urinals can prevent inmates from damaging them, while ceramic ones are easily destroyed and used as weapons. The stainless steel urinal is resistant to severe impacts and will not be damaged, making it less likely for criminals to get injured if they accidentally bump into the urinal.
The service life of stainless steel urinals is permanent, so there is no need to worry about damage. Stainless steel has strong toughness and will not be damaged. It can be used consistently for many, many years
Stainless steel urinals are usually wall mounted, so you need to reserve pipes inside the wall, including inlet and outlet pipes. If there is a sensor, you also need to reserve a location for the sensor. After reservation, connect the inlet and outlet pipes to the inlet and outlet of the urinal respectively with hoses. Once connected, clamp the top of the urinal with a hanging wall panel, and then fix the scraping wall panel to the wall with expansion screws. This way, both the inlet and outlet pipes will be stuck inside the wall and will not be exposed to the outside. If there is a sensor, connect it to the inlet pipe, clamp it inside the wall, and finally cover it with a lid
Stainless steel urinals often use automatic sensing flushing. When the sensor detects a person, it will automatically flush for 2 seconds first, and then automatically flush for 6-7 seconds after the person leaves. This can save water resources and avoid water waste caused by continuous flushing.
